Located along the Lviv ring road, Prostir Business Hub is a new multifunctional center designed to accommodate offices, warehouses, and commercial activities. Designed by Aranchii Architects and coordinated by Airontrade, the complex was created with the aim of establishing a distinctive and recognizable architectural identity, combining logistical functionality with high aesthetic quality.

The concept draws inspiration from traditional local houses with sloping roofs, reinterpreted here in a contemporary key in a sequence of volumes that gradually merge into a horizontal undulating structure. The transition from individual geometries to a collective organism thus becomes a visual metaphor for the transformation from independent business spaces to a single productive and collaborative community. Chosen to further accentuate the contrast with the surrounding environment, the vibrant Falu red color gives the composition a bold character that is nonetheless in harmony with the landscape.

Completed in 2025, the complex consists of three main buildings, covering a total area of over 12,000 m². The project is guided by the principle of modularity: each unit can be configured in multiples of the structural module, with spans of 6 or 12 meters depending on the building, ensuring maximum flexibility of use and functional adaptability. The open-plan interior spaces allow users to freely customize the rooms according to their operational or commercial needs.

From an architectural point of view, the relationship with Circular Road has had a decisive influence on the volumetric composition: the pitched roofs with staggered gables, arranged in terraces, accompany the passerby’s gaze, while the translucent facades facing the street open the showrooms to natural light, making the internal life of the complex visible.

For the vertical closures of the Prostir Business Hub, the PanelPiù 500/40 modular alveolar polycarbonate system in total Opal was chosen for its high mechanical resistance, formidable controlled light transmission, and optimal aesthetic uniformity guaranteed by the interlocking system with no visible joints. The opaline texture of the panels amplifies the diffused brightness, offering visual comfort and material continuity between the different volumes.

Thanks to its integrated UV protection and excellent thermal insulation performance, the PolyPiù system contributes to the energy efficiency of the building and the durability of the facades over time.

The result is a contemporary hub where function, form, and material interact in a modular and sustainable architecture that reinterprets the industrial typology through the lightness and transparency of polycarbonate.
